How to configure Anitahost in WHMCS

Installing the Anitahost module for WHMCS is easy and only takes a few minutes. This module allows WHMCS to interface with Anitahost’s API to provide Registration, Transfer, Renewal, EPP Authcodes, DNS management and domain updates to be processed in real-time. In addition, we have included a script to sync Expiry and Due Dates for domains to ensure that even if something changes outside of WHMCS, it will remain up-to-date.

How to install the module

1. Upload the “Anitahost” folder to your WHMCS Registrar Modules Directory .

(/modules/registrars)

2. Log in to WHMCS under "Setup" click on "Domain Registrars" select “Anitahost” from the list.

3. Fill in the details. *NOTE: Only your live API key is required. All other fields are optional at this time.

To upgrade the module

1. Upload and overwrite the existing “Anitahost” folder in your WHMCS Registrar Modules Directory with a standard FTP client

(e.g. modules/registrars/Anitahost).

2. Log in to WHMCS and under "Setup" click on "Domain Registrars" select "Anitahost" from the list.

3. Update any details that are still blank.

We make every effort to allow private-labeling our service for resellers, however, there is no method for entirely hiding ourselves as the underlying registrar. Beyond the mandatory places our name must appear, we allow private-labeling virtually all other interaction with our system for your customers.

For example, you can replace your name with ours in system email notices, landing pages for actions such as transfer approvals, etc. You can also select to use a generic website with no branding (other than an optional logo you can upload) for when your customers need to use a web site for actions like WDRP review, email transfer approvals, etc.

Finally, you can customize WHOIS output with your name in the "Reseller" field as well as adding messaging to WHOIS output for thin registries (such as .com and .net).
