This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity, "you," "your," or "Customer") and AnitaHost.com ("AnitaHost," "we," "us," or "our") governing your purchase and use of our web hosting, domain registration, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, along with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and notify us to cancel your account.
1.1. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. AnitaHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or misleading.
1.2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify AnitaHost of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
1.3. Eligibility: By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
2.1. Service Terms: Services are provided on a subscription basis for the term you select (e.g., monthly, annually). Unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
2.2. Fees and Billing: You agree to pay all fees for the Services at the then-current rates. Fees are billed in advance for the subscription term. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy (see Section 4).
2.3. Price Changes: AnitaHost reserves the right to change its fees and service rates at any time. Notice of price changes will be provided via email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of the price change constitutes your agreement to the new rates.
2.4. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are solely responsible for payment of all such taxes.
2.5. Payment Failure: If payment for Services is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. Accounts that are suspended for non-payment may be subject to a reactivation fee.
Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
A violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Services without notice.

6.1. Your Content: You retain full ownership of the content you host. You represent that you own or have rights to the data you upload.
6.2. Backup Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. AnitaHost is not liable for any loss or corruption of content.
7.1. Termination by You: You may cancel your Services anytime through your client area.
7.2. Termination by Us: AnitaHost may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach this Agreement or fail to pay.
7.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access ceases immediately and data may be deleted after a grace period.
8.1. Third-Party Service: Domain registration and renewal are provided through ICANN-accredited partners; you agree to their terms.
8.2. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for domain renewal and maintaining accurate contact details.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnitaHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnitaHost, its affiliates, employees, and agents against any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.
12.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws .
12.2. Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Your City, State/Country under Arbitration Association rules.
13.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement, Privacy Policy, AUP, and SLA comprise the entire understanding between you and AnitaHost.
13.2. Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
13.3. Force Majeure: AnitaHost is not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond its control.
13.4. Changes to Terms: AnitaHost may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
