Service Downtime Update and Apology

We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving the issue and for the fact that all sites are still offline. Please be assured that our team has been working continuously, without rest, to fix both the current problem and to prevent any future issues.

To ensure this situation does not happen again, management has decided to build three servers. Two of these servers will be linked together so that if one encounters an issue, the other will automatically activate as a backup. The third server will serve as an additional backup to further prevent any downtime.

We deeply regret the inconvenience and any damage this outage may have caused you. We take full responsibility and want to assure you that these downtime issues will be fully resolved. We are committed to providing a stable and reliable service, and we promise that every necessary step is being taken to prevent future disruptions.

Notice of Server Maintenance and Network Improvements

Due to an increasing number of scamming and fraudulent websites being hosted on the server, this situation has unfortunately allowed abuse and malicious activities within the Data Center network.

As a result, the Data Center has initiated a cleanup and improvement process to strengthen and secure the server infrastructure in preparation for 2026. These actions are being taken directly by the Data Center to ensure a safer and more reliable environment going forward.

We sincerely apologize for not informing you in advance. Please understand that this decision and action were not initiated by us, but by the Data Center itself. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
